1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or damaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

5. Return Shipping
